About us

Two bakers, one oven, no shortcuts

  • Started in 2019 by Anna and Tom after ten years in restaurant kitchens
  • Organic stoneground flour from a mill in Somerset
  • Every loaf is shaped by hand and proved overnight
  • Unsold bread goes to the food bank on Park Row, never in the bin
